Join me in Turkey this summer alongside the wonderful Joki, for a retreat to fill your heart and fuel your soul.
We will be escaping to the stunning Turkish mountains, 45 minutes from the coast at a newly built, fully sustainable eco-retreat centre.
The valley creates a sense of true peace and freedom, embraced fully by the unspoilt nature surrounding it. Sat 350m above sea level, a constant breeze keeps us cool and refreshed with the forest and olive groves creating blissful shade.
We want this retreat to be a return. A return to how retreats used to feel, focused on yoga, community and embracing a sense of connection. A return to finding pleasure in the simple things - the sun on your skin, nourishing our bodies with organic foods direct from the garden and time spent with like minded souls.
The rooms are beautiful, traditional Turkish Yurts, all with attached bathrooms and super comfy beds. There are a mix of room options to suit all!
£40 of every booking will go towards the Disaster Emergency Committee who are helping fund life saving and essential support in the wake of the Turkey and Syria earthquake, as well as in Ukraine.
