Join me in Cornwall for a retreat designed to embrace comfort, relaxation and the joys of a slower pace. 

Only 5 minutes from the wild Atlantic Ocean, our luxurious home will become a safe haven and cocoon for all things deeply nourishing for body, mind and soul. 

 

Imagine a retreat where time slows down - your mornings are long and lazy and you are encouraged to move your body with ease. Divine meals are created to foster a sense of warmth and grounding, crafted to not only taste delicious, but also inspire and nourish you from the inside out. Evenings unwinding to blissful sound therapy guides you to sleep. Your body is gifted embodied, somatic, restorative movement and the touch of skilled massage therapists leaves you feeling renewed. Time for reflection, reading, easy conversation and enjoying a cup of tea in the hot tub, embracing our natural instincts for hibernation fill the day. 

 This retreat is dedicated to those who find joy in a gentler and slower pace but mainly, for those who feel they need to learn to embrace it.

Venue & Location

We will be based in beautiful Cornwall at a stunning property only a 10 minute walk away from Watergate Bay. 

Each of the bedrooms boast en-suites or private bathrooms, super comfy beds and crisp, coastal style interiors. The two master bedrooms open out onto the top floor balcony and enjoy views out to sea. With a super comfy sitting room, separate snug and, a dining space that looks out over the gardens and towards the beach, there are plenty of spaces to cosy up by one of the two log burners to relax. When you are are not indoors submerged into a squishy sofa or bean bag, there is an 8 person Hydro Pool hot tub in a sheltered corner of the garden waiting for you. 

Our Yoga space is a light filled studio with uninterrupted views out across the garden. All equipment including mat, bolsters, blocks and straps will be included for you - you just need to turn up in your comfiest clothes ready to roll (quite literally, at times).

Food is a huge part of any retreat. Luckily, we have the INCREDIBLE Nafia Harding joining us to create her delicious and colourful meals. Her plates are as beautiful to look at as they are to eat so you are in for a real treat! This retreat will be vegetarian but we are able to cater to all dietary requirements and restrictions. 

Classes

Our classes will be a mix of styles, all designed to create a sense of calm, space and ease. Our mornings will be embracing a 'slow flow' feel with yin elements and freedom to explore. Making space and gifting ourselves time to unwind after the busy year. Our evenings will be dedicated to deep relaxation with restorative yoga, somatic movement and two 90 minute sound baths during your stay. 

Activities

Enjoy massage treatments from our incredible therapists, beach walks with flasks of hot tea and hot tub hang outs under the stars. Ultimately, we will be encouraging you to embrace as many moments of simply 'being', as you can. Bring that book you never finished over summer or write in your journal! We will be delivering two workshops for you, based around 'winter wellness' and making friends with our natural hibernation mechanism.

Typical Day 
A feel for the flow

07:30: The tea is brewing and the fire is being lit, come and join us for a brew before yoga if you wish.

08:00

Morning yoga. Turn up in your pyjamas if you wish, we will spend time leisurely, flowing slowly and mindfully and indulging in plenty of time for Savasana. 

09:30/ 10:00 

Breakfast time! The coffee machine is on and a delicious breakfast is served. 

11:00

Let's head out for a stroll along the beach with a flask of tea and watch the waves roll in. Then, come back and relax or squeeze in a massage before...

13:30

Light lunch, casual style so you can grab and go to a comfy spot or join us at the table, you choose.

14:00 - 17:00

Relax. Grab your book and snuggle into the sofa. Have a blissful massage. Maybe treat yourself to a nap, write in your journal or hang out in the hot tub. 

17:30 

Join us in the studio for two hours of bliss. Starting with some gentle, somatic movement and restorative postures to ease you into ultimate comfort ready for your sound bath with Kate.

19:30

Ready and waiting is a delicious, candle lit dinner and dessert in the dining room. Afterwards, you can relax and socialise or just head straight off to your super comfy bed.
